The application of rope displacement sensor in universal testing machine
Pull rope displacement sensor is used in universal testing machine. It is mainly used for displacement measurement and feedback of hydraulic cylinder/cylinder of servo system, realizing closed-loop control function of test force, piston displacement of cylinder, and deformation of test machine sample. The design of PC display and centralized control can realize the processing and digital display of test force, cylinder displacement, loading rate, test data and various test curves. It has higher operability and scientific research value. Compared with other types of displacement sensors, The main features of the rope displacement sensor are as follows:
1. The sensor is small in size and diverse in models, especially suitable for universal testing machines with high integration and strict installation dimensions;
2. Long stroke of the rope displacement sensor. The rope displacement sensor can be any range within 100 meters, which is convenient for users to install any range;
3. Wide supply voltage. The rope displacement sensor usually uses 5V, 10V, 24V DC voltage power supply, and outputs standard voltage signals, current signals or pulse signals to facilitate the collection and operation of the control system;
4. The rope displacement sensor has high measurement accuracy and is easy to install and use. The linear accuracy of the rope displacement sensor is up to ±0.05%. Compared with other types of displacement sensors, the rope pull displacement sensor can be used in the occasion of measuring atypical linear motion of the rope. The rope movement direction can be freely switched, and it only needs to be installed in line with the pulley.
