Product Summary:
The LEPF brushless waterproof and dustproof displacement sensor (the stroke can be customized) is composed of two carbon film substrates, which are separated by a hollow middle. A potentiometer conductive material with advanced screen printing technology and technology is used on the carbon film substrate, and a collection sensing material with low resistance value is printed on the collection carbon film foil directly above the substrate; The external force applied by the external position contact makes the collecting diaphragm sensing material contact with the potentiometer conductive material, thus generating a real-time displacement signal. Dedicated screen printing coatings and several consecutive linear lithography processes guarantee sensors with excellent linear accuracy and long life.
