According to the purpose, it is mainly divided into metal forming, bending, stretching, punching, powder forming, press fitting, extrusion, etc. The precision and quality of finished products directly affect the value positioning of finished products, which also prompts the hydraulic press to optimize its performance in order to adapt to higher-end customers. Among them, the precision control of the slider and the hydraulic cushion is very important for the hydraulic press. Then, how to choose a high-precision magnetostrictive linear displacement sensor that can work stably in harsh environments has become the key.
 
    In recent years, the domestic machine tool manufacturing industry has developed rapidly, with technological innovation and product exports increasing day by day. In the forming zone, it will be used to detect the slip. The pressure signal obtained by the pressure detector of the block pressing force is compared with the predetermined capacity set according to the processing conditions. If the set capacity is not reached, the slider continues to drop to the bottom dead center, while continuing to perform position control and keep the slider at this position. On the other hand, pressure control is performed when the set capacity is reached, and the pressure is maintained for the set period of time. This linear displacement sensor is the key to the precision of the processed sheet metal, and is directly related to the quality of the processed parts.
 
    The magnetostrictive linear displacement sensor brings a brand new innovation to the precision control of hydraulic presses.
