LVDT8Q Pneumatic displacement sensor Overview:
Differential transformer displacement sensor (LVDT) can be widely used in aerospace, machinery, construction, textile, railway, coal, metallurgy, plastics, chemical industry and scientific research colleges and other industries of the national economy, used to measure elongation, vibration, object thickness, expansion and other high-tech products.
The pneumatic displacement sensor has excellent performance and is suitable for high precision and high repeatability measurement in quality control and measurement applications. The probe adopts high hardness wear-resistant silicon nitride ceramic ball, and the moving part of the measuring shaft adopts precision guide rail. Pneumatic displacement sensor external transmitter can output standard DC signal, using a convenient single power +12 ~ 30V DC power supply, electronic circuit sealed in 304 stainless steel metal tube, can work in wet and dust and other harsh environment. The output signal is standard 0-5V,0-10V, 4-20mA or RS485 output that can be used by computers or PLC.

LVDT8Q Pneumatic displacement sensor Installation size:
Pen displacement sensor (LVDT) outer diameter is 8mm, its own internal without a circuit demodulator, namely transmitter. The external transmitter is connected by means of an aviation plug. The pen type LVDT displacement sensor can output 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20MA, RS485 signals through the external transmitter.
The positioning and installation of LVDT requires non-metal fixtures with small temperature expansion coefficient to be used for fixing. If the installation of metal fixtures will affect the product performance.
